Sandestin Sales Improve In 2018

The local real estate market was active in 2018 and many areas along our coast saw increases in sales. Townhomes sold at Sandestin in 2018 had a 4% increase in price per square foot and 2% increase in average price.

Single family homes sold in Sandestin in 2018 had a 5% increase in average price and 6% increase in price per square foot compared to 2017.

My office is just across from Sandestin allowing me to effectively serve Sandestin sellers and buyers.
