Sandestin Sales Remain Strong

The local real estate market continues to be strong. Townhomes sold in Sandestin during the first half of 2019 sold 81 days sooner on average than the first half of 2018.

Single family homes sold in Sandestin during the first half of 2019 had a 3% increase in average price and a 4% 

increase in price per square foot compared to the first half of 2018. 

My office is just across from Sandestin allowing me to effectively serve Sandestin sellers and buyers.
