Sandestin Sales Remain Strong

Sandestin single family homes sold during 2019 had a 4% increase in price per square foot compared to 2018. Homes were on the market 32 days less on average. Townhomes sold in Sandestin during 2019 had a 4% increase in price per square foot and 3% increase in average price. Homes were on the market 43 days less on average. My office is just across from Sandestin allowing me to effectively serve Sandestin sellers and buyers.
