TOPS’L Sales Improve In 2018

The Miramar Beach real estate market is continued to improve in 2018. There were 16% more condos and townhomes sold in Miramar Beach in 2018 vs 2017. Average sold price increased 13% and price per square foot increased 5%.

TOPS’L units sold in 2018 had a 4% increase in price per square foot compared to 2017. Units at TOPS’L are currently selling at $26 per square foot more than the average condo in Miramar Beach.
