TOPS’L Sales Remain Steady

Tops’l sales remained steady in 2019 with a slight increase in average price and price per square foot compared to 2018. Units were on the market 29 days less on average.

Miramar Beach condo and townhome sales remained steady in 2019, with a slight derease in price per square foot compared to 2018.
