TOPS’L Sales Improve in 2020

So far 2020 has been an unprecedented year. My thoughts are with you all during this time and I hope you are staying healthy and safe. I am happy to have positive news to share. Tops’l properties sold during the first half of 2020 had a  27% increase in average price and a 16% increase in price per square foot compared to the first half of 2019. 

Miramar Beach condos sold in the first half of 2020 had a 9% increase in average price and an 8% increase in price per square foot.
