Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a sprawling 2,400-acre resort that offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Choctawhatchee Bay, as well as bountiful recreation and amenities. Split into two sides, the resort features a beach side that is located along the Gulf and a bay side that features the majority of the golfing and attractions. These sides are connected via a walk-under tunnel under Highway 98.
The beach side of Sandestin features panoramic Gulf views, private beach frontage, picturesque lakes, winding bikepaths, a basketball court and miniature golf at the Dunes Putting Course. The bay side of Sandestin is the largest area of the resort and features many communities, amenities and attractions. One of the most popular area in Sandestin is The Village of Baytowne Wharf which is home to charming boutiques and eclectic nightlife. This popular walking village features several award-winning local resturants, unique shops, family entertainment and regular events. Just outside The Village you’ll find marina facilities for watersports and boat charters.
Multiple championship golf courses call Sandestin home, one of which—The Raven Course—has served as the host site of professional golf’s Champions Tour events. The pro shop at the foot of the Links Course is open to the public and provides everything you’ll need for a round on the picturesque fairways and greens. The Sandestin Fitness Center offers stunning views of the Choctawhatchee Bay along with Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Step, Indoor Cycling, and Zumba. Just outside of Sandestin is the town-center-style Grand Boulevard, featuring a wide range of shops, restaurants and annual festivals and events.
