TOPS’L Beach and Racquet Resort is a tranquil resort located in Miramar Beach. This private, gated community is secluded from more populated beach areas and is right beside Coffeen Nature Preserve and Topsail Hill State Park. Conveniently located just across Highway 98 from Sandestin and Grand Boulevard, TOPS’L is close to many great local restaurants, shops and entertainment attractions.
Situated on 52 private acres, this full-service resort offers a variety of amenities including private beach frontage. The Racquet Club has certified professional tennis instructors and programs, a fitness center, a racquetball court, an indoor-outdoor pool, a steam room and a sauna. Treat yourself to massage therapy, available by appointment in two treatment rooms within the clubhouse. Families can take advantage of an array of entertaining children’s activities, and there is also meeting and event space available for meetings for up to 150, and events for 200.
Onsite dining options include Gulf front dining at Blue Dunes Grille or handcrafted beverages and casual cuisine at Club Tiki, adjacent to the tennis courts.
Each community within TOPS’L offers unique experiences and amenities for the owners. The Tides and Beach Manor feature Gulf front and coastline views, private pools and are closest to The Blue Dunes Grille. The Summit features expansive views of the nature preserve and coastline, providing a more private and secluded feel. Stay close to The Club in Tennis Village to have easy access to tennis courts and the fitness center. Captiva offers spacious townhomes, many with screened-in porches, and a neighborhood pool. Sierra Dunes features single family homes, most with private screened-in pools.
TOPS’L management team always has something fun going on at the resort for owners who like to stay on the move. Summer events include family-friendly activities daily on our gulf-front pool deck at the Blue Dunes Grille. Kids and parents alike enjoy dive-in movies, arts and crafts, building personalized stuffed animals, shark tooth and pearl necklace making, glitter tattoos and tie-dye t-shirts. Planned activities also take place the week before Easter and Labor Day weekend. Winter activities include card games, bingo and two off-site dinner and show trips to the Mattie Kelly Theatre.
