Sandestin Sales Remain Strong

Sandestin homes sold during the first half of 2020 had a 9% increase in average price and a 5% increase in price per square foot compared to the first half of 2019.

Townhonmes sold in Sandsetin during the first half of 2020 had a 10% increase in price per square foot and a 4% increase in average price compared to the first half of 2019.

My office is just across from Sandestin allowing me to effectively serve Sandestin sellers and buyers.
